Pictures taken during our recent site visit to one of our large first-floor extensions and a complete internal renovation project in Clanfield.

Working with the structural engineer, JB Architecture Design Ltd was able to design a lightweight structure that could be constructed off the existing building, thereby maximising habitable space within the loft area.

Once complete, this property will benefit from two additional bedrooms, utility space, and an open-plan kitchen and dining space to the rear of the property.

JB Architecture Design Ltd was appointed to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for this project.

Working alongside the client’s brief and budget, this project is starting to take shape.
